As a French citizen, I am very upset that most European countries(France included) have taken the right of their people to express themselves on the matter of the constitution, knowing that the answer would be NO... We are deprived of that tiny means of expression, you're not. Irish people, you are going to vote according to your beliefs, and your understanding of the text, but remember, you can also be the voice for millions of Europeans who have been deprived of that voice. Think Solidarity. Vote!
many Thanks!!!
