CLOSE CHINA'S FUR FARMS!
On Wednesday 13th February, members of Ireland's Coalition to Abolish the Fur Trade (CAFT), had a protest at the Chinese Embassy in Ballsbridge.
This was part of a Global Day of Action, organised by the International Anti-Fur Coalition (www.antifurcoalition.org), to highlight the cruelty of the Chinese fur industry - in particular, the cat and dog fur trade.
Campaigners protested for over 2 hours - leaflets were handed out, petitions were filled, and a lot of noise was made!

Jump To Comment: 1It is hard to believe a country a central to deciding world policy is still engaged in such barbaric behaviour. These poor cats and dogs are literally skinned alive before the other cats and dogs, who are next to be slaughtered. It is unspeakable. And people go out and buy the jackets with 'fake fur' collars in total ignorance!
When will our risident 'communists' stop parading out stories about journalists coffee shop being closed in Iran and tell their 'comrades' in China to cut the crap?
