Bit of Poetry and Some Active Blogs for Poets

'Reality Check' was launched on the Fourth of September 2007 in the Royal College of Surgeons
and it was nice to see the luminaries and the establishment having to queue and snake through
the room to get their copy signed (!)

The book is in two sections, the first 17 short poems and series ;and the second is a beautiful
long poem called 'Skywriting' which is all about light and the sun threading his way over
our Irish map.

For those interested in poetic activities in the Pale and beyond, Poetry Ireland run a newly opened
Forum and Guest Blog; and Fred Johnson up in Galway has been using the newswire to
advertise launches/Readings and critiques for some time.
