Jump To Comment: 1It is disappointing but not surprising that Shells Cops refused to attend the public hearing in Bellanaboy. What they had to loose by sending an impartial PR delegate/representative to the hearing is debatable. Such a person could have sat in the crowd, listened and taken notes, which poses the question ' What have they to hide'? or is it maybe that they ' just don't care'
