Full text of the report in the Indo:

"Another 10 asylum seekers flown home

TEN more Nigerian bogus asylum seekers were sent back home last night on a specially chartered flight, writes Tom Brady.

The flight from Dublin followed a series of arrests by detectives from the Garda National Immigration Bureau over the past few days.

Some of those deported had been under investigation for suspected criminal activities.

The cost of chartering the special plane was estimated last night at €160,000.

A team of detectives from the bureau and medical staff accompanied the 10 to Lagos where an advance party of gardai were already in place. "

'The cost of chartering the special plane was estimated last night at €160,000. '

Wow

I wonder if they were allowed to stay and work
how much more those ten have contributed in texes and to society in general?

€16,000 per person is a waste of money and a poor investment that will never again pay dividends to Irish society.

I don't mean to be capitalist about this - but this is a cold cash loss for Ireland.

the loss to the economy.......mmmmmm.....didn't you read the bit about the criminal activities. If people are genuine and are in need of our refuge, they shouldn't be engaged in fraud. B4 anyone starts, I'm well aware that a few of this party were not involved in the fraud.
