Cuisle Festival Poetry Slam Winner To Read At 'Spirit Of Voice'

The Spirit of the Voice Festival presents a poetry reading by Kevin Higgins & Miceal Kearney at Charlie Byrne’s Bookshop, Middle Street, Galway on Thursday, November 2nd, 6pm.

Miceal Kearney will be a guest reader with Kevin Higgins. Miceal began writing poetry seriously just over a year ago. Since then he has had poems accepted for publication in The Shop & The Cork Literary Review. Miceal recently won the inaugural Cuisle Festival Poetry Slam in Limerick, and his prize is a trip to read at the Brighton Poetry Festival in May 2007.
