Jump To Comment: 1 2 3The Lebanese Government has just announced that it rejects the UN resolution drafted by the US and France. Instead, there is a high-level Arab delegation, including Jordan, Saudi, Egyptian and Qatari reps (Qatar is the only Arab country currently in the Security Council), that's just arrived in Washington with new proposals.
In the meantime, fighting in south Lebanon and the killing continues.
Hope as many as we can make it this afternoon turn up to the demonstration. Bus tickets for the Dundalk demo next Saturday will be available.
Solidarity with the Lebanese and the Palestinian people.
