Jump To Comment: 1 2 3 4I would suggest F H O'Reilly Solicitors at the Red Church Phibsboro Dublin 7. I have found them so far to be decent and to act with integrity. Joe TD for the Socialist Party consistentlly recommends them.
Sorry to hear of your trouble, keep all your records safe and duplicate the core important ones and lodge them in a PO box, check with POst Office re details or keep them with someone you can trust.
All the best keep in touch

Just a correction the TD referred to was Joe Higgins. MB
the solicitors firm receommened by a mr butler would be able to know the following which is generally accurate.
You can enter a CAVEAT at the probate office dublin to eg prevent probate being granted. you can ring the probate office and they will tellyou what this is etc.
for this and other reasons they can be prevented getting probate if proper dispute which there is.
it goes on ALL THE TIME so dont be too alarmed.
If the caveat fails then there are other methods at low original cost in simply LODGING proceedings in the High Court etc. In the latter such matters are dealt with by the President of the High Court not anyone else [perhaps in recognition that it goes on 'all the time']

I have not read the article , just the headline,
but really I think Bono is wealthy and powerful enough ( he has solved Africas problems after all ) to look after himself
And his real name is Bono Vox, so don't be 'cutting him short'
and also, he may not pay any taxes here , but that is no reason why he should not be represented
Ha ha ha ...get it ?
