Suspect package in McDowell's office

category dublin | miscellaneous | news report author Tuesday March 28, 2006 14:12author by M Report this post to the editors

A suspect package was delivered to McDowells office in the Post this morning.

The office workers called the police when white powder came out of the packet. After McDowell's carry on since assuming office perhaps the powder was something other than a bomb, perhaps the powder itself is what is causing McDowells erratic behaviour. Perhaps he has developed a drug problem? Of course it is completely unlikely, but it might explain why he hasn't been so hard line (no pun intended) on drug crime in Ireland and has failed to sort out the drug war currently ongoing in Dublin.
