Some of the street works in Dublin show promise and originality, but graphic skills need to be fine-honed. Also some of the slogans lack social focus. Perhaps Hedge Schools for would-be street artists might result in new bursts of mural excellence. Has anybody contacted the Arts Council and NCAD?
