I just got a report that the head of the demonstration has passed around the front entrance of Trinity while the end is still back at Liberty Hall.
According to one attendant, the crowd extended to two thirds the length of Molesworth Street. The speeches are still continuiing but people are now starting to drift away.
There was approximately 8,000 on the march
Irish Times breaking news says there was up to 10,000 on the demonstration
There were many union banners present including some from English and French unions.
