Attack on Democracy and Public Services in Europe Barry Finnegan of DAPSE gives a 13 minute analysis of the undemocratic nature of the EU when negotiating away public ownership, and then gives a three minute response to some questions. At the first public meeting of DAPSE (Democracy and Public Services in Europe), held in Dublin on December 6th 2003, Dr. Franz Josef Stumman, Ailbhe Smith and Barry Finnegan were the main speakers. First broadcast on Near FM's 'Majority World', March 11th, 2004, the first piece is a 13 minute eloquent extract from Barry's thoughts and experiences on the issue.
