President George W Bush, following top level discussions with EU leaders, particularly Taoiseach Ahern of Ireland, has decided to stop all troop movements through Shannon airport.
When pressed to explain this turnaround, the embattled President muttered something about 'graffiti'.
Earlier, a spokesman for the White House had refused to deny reports that President Bush was releasing the cure for Aids which has been kept in a secret underground bunker in Boise, Idaho.
