The founder of a Afghan women's rights organization, 23-year-old Vida Samadzai, was awarded the "beauty for a cause" award on Sunday by the Miss Earth competition in Manilla. Samadzai paraded down the catwalk in a red bikini to ,"raise awareness of the plight of women and children in her homeland." Yes, that's what she was trying to raise! |
