Anti-War Propaganda Site

Maybe people know about it already but http://homepage.mac.com/leperous/PhotoAlbum1.html is well worth checking out for anti-war propaganda material

Some of these are really good but I cant help thinking they're extremely expensive/commercial.
24 products per design x 100 designs x $20 av. cost = $48,000 dollars if each product was bought once...

The cost of Fedex to Ireland aint cheap either.

What about if Indymedia or similar independent organisation/organized people created a centre for designs with a local bias?

I dont think I can remember anything that wasn't produced in the UK/Europe/US - most of it years ago.

T-Shirts/prints or whatever could fund things which often could never be funded if 100% of the price was donated.
I would certainly pay 3 pints of beer for a suitably scathing non-aligned T-Shirt - which is presumably at least as influential as a copy of a dodgy newspaper, lasts longer, and is much warmer.

I and many others I'm sure would be interested to contribute to such a project, though I believe all work should ultimately credit not the maker but the focus of the work e.g. A Latin Solidarity 'product' should bear not the producer's tag but the URL/contact for the organization closest to the theme of the work [provided they are not engaged in Political Brand-building excercises of course...].

Too many times the Message of political or countercultural creativity is cult/ego/brand driven so something truly independent would be interesting.

Anyway, I'd like to see local work from a local shoppe.
