 The leader of Irelands main opposition party lashed runaway public spending by the ff/pd government. It is well time to cut wasteful social welfare spending and to stop throwing millions of Euros into the black hole known as the Public health service. Fine Geal the fastest growing party in Ireland again shows leadership when needed in this economic crisis, while the current government just throws money at the problem. It is also high time that Brian Cowan provided real support to the coalition war effort in Iraq and provided peacekeeping troops at a time when British and US soldiers are under pressure on a daily basis, just vague ff promises are not enough we have international responsibilities to uphold. |
