The police, In case everyone doesn't know by now, cut a rope which was holding an English man, Martin Shaw, 25 metres high over a river. When the rope was cut Martin fell and landed on the river and rocks, breaking his legs, ankles, pelvis and injuring his spine. He was harming no one.
By some miracle Martin survived and by another miracle he will walk again eventually.
