Israel to get billions of US$ in aid

The BBC is reporting that the US has offered $10bn in aid to help Israel out of the worst economic crisis since the country was created. They ignore UN resolution 242 for 30 years and they get aid. Why have they not been punished for their unending human rights abuses? They preach democracy and justice, but all they care about is themselves.
