Jump To Comment: 2 1I have just returned from the vigil that took place in Dawns square at 6'o clock today and have to say it was the most impressive I have ever seen in cork. After gathering in Dawn Square about 2 thousand people walked the length of Patricks street holding candles and chanting anti-war slogans. They proceeded to patricks bridge where there was a sit down protest. Seeing the entire bridge covered with protestors was awe inspiring. they then held a one minute silence before breaking up the protest. Another will be held at 6'o clock on saturday in the same place.
