Now

Educate Yourself!

I would like to see us working in tandem with the intercultural education system that is being implemented throughout our National schools. There is much to be gained through a co-ordinated approach of resistance to suffering in our world.
We must continue to openly resist the status quo; the power sharing alliances of this world who don't do what is in their power to bring a speedy end to the suffering of the people. Peace in our time!
I would like to see the US respond positively to the worlds resistance and pull back from all the foreign lands that they currently interfere with. If the US military will go back and stay in the US and put their US resources to good work then they will regain the respect of those they label terrrorists and who label them terrrorists.
There's a world to be explored here so forget about the moon and the stars. The moon is very cold and unihabitable.... stop wasting resources and squeezing them from other peoples.
It takes balls to do the right things in crisis situations but we have to now. The future can be one of sharing and kindness only if we quickly do what we can to reverse confrontations worldwide.
We must put financial economies to the backs of our minds until landmines are removed from the ground beneath peoples feet. Army generals must unlearn and belive in their own selves' power to do good that resides in all of us. I for one am up for clearing landmines and so on.
Don't send one more bomb into anyplace and don't plant anymore landmines anywhere. SOS in all directions! Use your media to show your good work and we can use our media to show our good work and then all our media can be on the same level soon!
People don't want foreign values imposed on them so stop, turn around and go home all secret service agents that are not involved in normal lives here.
Our foreigners who are seeking asylum or refugee status from wars and our foreigners who are trying to build normal lives in our country - we fight to welcome cultural exchange and learn from you as much as you will learn from us.
Have we no homes to go to? At home we can learn to share again. The wealthy must share to achieve equality and peace in our time, if you are wealthy give it up, your mind and spirit are your wealth. We must accept this as the truth.
Yes it is time for new government. The opposition parties that have been oppressed to the point of silence must be given the chance to take their turn at managing our future. Change the system now as photocopies don't work here.
Barry Dinan, Ireland, Thursday 13th March, 2003.

The US isn't responsible for everything bad in the world. Are you that naive to believe that they are the source of everything bad?? Christ, no wonder the Irish left is so fucked up if they can blame everthing wrong with the world on one nation and offer simplistic methods to combat this.

really, if we all had our fluffy little rants there'd be little room for news. this more a comment than reportage/request/public invite or anything of use...
