it is recommended that you tilt your head from shouldetr to shoulder at least every hour.
it is also a good idea to maintain angle of fore arm to upper arm at about 90º. try to relax as much as possible. If you are worried about suffering from computer related stress then just chill out basically and pretend your listenting to some "well funky" "head bopping" music.
