Yes prime time for Oirish people to wake the sleeping green masses in USA, the same people that were shat upon for years by the monied elite in america are again, now that they are the middle class being shat upon to pay for this war, not just with their taxes, but their children.
The common ground in America is enormous, most people do NOT WANT WAR. Most people want better health care that they can afford, better schools for their children, a future they dont have to worry about (a job? an environment that doesnt poison them) They don't want another generation of their high school buddies coming back from the Gulf with a "Syndrome" or a "Trauma".
If your friend Jim's Granddad fought against the Nazis in WWII and jim joined the Navy cos he was proud of his Granddad, should he be punished for the greed of a few who have usurped power in the USA in an illegal Coup D'Etat? Should a small group of elite investors be allowed to control one of the largest armys in the world? While sucker - Joe Tax Payer foots the bill - AND the backlash??
