PIXIES FOR PEACE Pixies for Peace are inviting Galwegians to take part in a Saint Valentine’s Day Love Parade/Weapons Inspection Tour through Galway on Friday 14th February. Pixies For Peace will be carrying out on the spot inspections in various locations to see if any institutions or businesses in Galway are actively supporting Britain and America’s use of Weapons Of Mass destruction. Please bring musical instruments, songs, poems, costumes, declarations of love. Pixies for Peace are deeply concerned that the Taoiseach Barmy Bertie AhemAhem’s use of troops in Shannon will; Pixies for Peace also believe that the use of Irish troops in Shannon to change Ireland’s constitution is in violation of the Belfast Agreement, which explicitly states that all constitutional changes on the island of Ireland have to be achieved through consensus and not through the use of arms. The love parade will kick off at 12 noon in the Quad, NUI,Galway (the old building near the main entrance of UCG) Pixies for Peace is a formidable alliance of pixies, leprechauns, wood nymphs, zwerge, satyrs, cherubs, sídhe, mermaids, barmaids, bogles, deserting Valkries, sylkies, fairies, hobbits, na beansídhe I gcoinne cogar, and elves.
