Constitutional Rebellion.

Constitutional rebellion; the headline of a newspaper in Venezuela Caracas yesterday. What is "constitutional rebellion"? The President of that country was in Brazil. His opponents say "he has never organised anything more complicated than an army kitchen".

Napoleon quite rightly bowed to the superior experience of three caesars and one Hannibal to observe an army marches upon it´s stomach.

This morning at 09h55 local time the President of Brazil started his first council of state meeting it´s theme "HUNGER".

Three hundred schools saw their children march through the streets of Buenes Aires but two days ago against the hunger of their fellows in Argentina.

Yesterday the Television awards went out to the young genius of South American television and media, the creative sparks that bring glow to our daily lives. The well known high street bank HSBC won the prize for it´s Argentinian dipiction of men, only men from many professions and types of work looking upto storm filled skies. The slogan ..."HSBC bringing you through".

Lulu accepts the job of President of the Federation of Brazil, with many words, he thanks the assembly of Brazil for qualifying him, for his critics had before and will many times again laid the accusation "he has no qualifications of organsation".
Lulu says last week "things are worse than even I thought"...."even I thought".
2 million barrels of Oil arrive from Brazil to Venezuela to fuel the state, "constitutional rebellion". Chavez leaves the state to goto Lulu´s inaugaration "fascists are trying to bring down the state". quote unquote.
quote unquote.

In 1955 Mr Baker a lawyer of repute and high qualification opened his first law office in South America, Baker and MacKenzie is Venezuela´s largest law firm. It supports the Pacific Rim Advisory Council.
In 1942 Sr. Pinheironeto founded his law firm in Brazil, he did a most excellent job with a "iron hand of leadership" [ ;-) litigation lawyer:Celso Cintra Mori ;-) ]

I am unqualified to rule even a small country.
of say 5 million enfranchised people.
I am most unqualified to rule a federated state of almost 200 million people.
I am a simple anarchist with green notions living in a furst world city reading telegrams listening to bush drums beating. But there are some unqualified others whom I prefer to rule countries.

do you need supporting links?

thoughts of Caesars, Hanibal and Napoleon.
look at the officer the same newspaper that led yesterday with the words "constitutional rebellion" has put above the demands of the strikers.
In Venezueala like many other countries the press is may we suggest [with a nod above to the fine litigation lawyers] slightly biased.

I am slightly biased.
300 schools brought out their children in Argentina.
Lulu meets his ministers.
Hunger is the fuel this army is marching upon.

Heart and Mind.
o as if 2003 will be different.

(9:35am ) to combat narcotráfico groups, Río de Janeiro authorities ask the army for help.
military expertise for organsation.

(9:30am ) Aristide wants the killers of haitian journalist to be tried.
(9:25am ) París upset about it´s airports.
(9:20am ) Ejército israelí destroy casa of a house of a home of a palestino militant, army?

like it's sort of mine, so I shall comment if I want.
Most Irish people were brainwashed by the nuns or Xian brethren or the dreary Sundayschool prayer camps up the mountains.

This is very regretable.

It effects our language and the psychopathology of our supposed sarcastic references. Thus may we read ("great man") ohnoheisnt! or ("great man") ohisn'thejust, blesshim.
