Los presos políticos mapuche, ante las últimas medidas tomadas por los tribunales de justicia en nuestra contra, comunicamos a la opinión pública nacional e internacional lo siguiente:

Los presos políticos mapuche, ante las últimas medidas tomadas por los tribunales de justicia en nuestra contra, comunicamos a la opinión pública nacional e internacional lo siguiente:

1. Denunciamos una vez más que el proceso judicial que hemos sido víctima, queda aún más rotundamente claro que es una arbitrariedad judicial solo vista en el oscuro tiempo de la dictadura militar, ya que los fiscales en complicidad con la juez Sra. Uribe han tramado la estrategia de dispersarnos en tres cárceles distintas de la zona, puntualmente en Lautaro, Temuco y Nueva Imperial, esto en una audiencia donde los abogados defensores estaban ausentes lo que es absolutamente irregular.

2. Queda claro, con este suceso, que la fiscalía pública esta utilizando explícitamente técnicas de torturas psicológicas muy semejantes a la S.S. de Hitler o al mas puro estilo de la CNI de Pinochet. Esto demuestra que no poseen las pruebas contundentes que dicen tener, vale decir, el montaje que crearon se les esta viniendo encima. En este sentido somos categóricos, esto no es un atropello a un grupo o ha individuos sino al Pueblo Mapuche que aún sigue escribiendo su historia con sangre y al tenor de las rejas. Esto sin duda quedara sellado que el estado chileno que ampara el poder transnacional en pleno siglo XXI atropella con toda su fuerza los derechos humanos del Pueblo Mapuche.

3. Ante este delito contra nosotros, anunciamos como una acción de denuncia y protesta, que asumimos inmediatamente al producirse los traslados una huelga de hambre de carácter líquida, hasta que se nos devuelva a la Penitenciaria de Temuco, se regularice el proceso judicial y se nos devuelva la libertad que nos ha sido usurpada por el estado chileno.

4. Finalmente hacemos un llamado tanto a las Comunidades en conflicto como a todas las Comunidades mapuche, organizaciones mapuche y no mapuche, organizaciones sociales a continuar la lucha y los procesos de recuperación y control territorial. Nuestros antepasados no temieron ante el invasor inca, español y chileno y nosotros descendientes de aquellos peñis que entregaron su vida por la lucha mapuche no nos rendiremos ante el poder capitalista ni menos ante la tortura de los señores fiscales.

En memoria del peñi Alex Lemun, asesinado por carabineros de chile.

I'm not sure this is the best place to post this article. Most of indymedia Ireland's readers speak English (and possibly Irish), so articles in Spanish are out of place...

The reason this site exists is to provide information not readily available and if that info is in Spanish hopefully some one could translate, if not readers have to translate. Many of the posters on this site would be better served learning Spanish and maybe attempting to get a realistic view of the world rather than the insane pseudo-anarchist shite that passes for reasonable comment more and more on this site.

Nobody is going to bother translating the article if they don't even know what its about.
If the poster wants people to read this article, s/he's going to have to provide the translation.
Telling people to go away and learn Spanish doesn't indicate a 'realistic view of the world'.

Its good to see posts in other languages. Ireland and its inhabitants no longer speak just a two languages, we now have a range of people in Ireland who are political/economic refugees. Indymedia should try to cater for these people. I look forward to when people can read all posts in whatever language they choose.
