CELTIC LEAGUE PRESS INFORMATION![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() 'NATIONAL PLATFORM' CAMPAIGN WORK WILL CONTINUE In a circular to members and supporters the 'NO TO NICE' campaign, the National Platform has said that as a result of the yes vote and subsequent developments post referendum "The EU is now planning an EU Constitution, which will override the Irish Constitution. This will effectively turn the Republic of Ireland of which we are citizens into a province of a Federal EU State, with virtually no national democracy or independence left." The organisation has circulated its comments and is inviting participants to contribute their comments about the direction any protest will take from here on. National Platform Secretary Anthony Coughlan says; My colleagues and I would like you to write to us to tell us what steps you think could be taken to prevent this EU Constitution being imposed on us? Nope! No way, we're no relation to those fascist scumbags. You can rest assured on that. Indeed Bernard Moffatt, our Secretary General is the Isle Of Man Trade Union Secretary of the Transport and General Workers Union (TGWU) and he works as a firefighter on the Isle Of Man.
The Celtic League are not in anyway fascist to my knowledge however the No to Nice Campaign was of course used as a front by the fascists of Youth Defence who as we all know now are an integral part of the openly fascist International Third Position. To the best of my knowledge, which is pretty extensive on this topic, Anthony Coughlan has never apologised or even categorically disowned the fascists he was cavorting with in October.
