Southport attacker Axel Rudakubana had declared the need for "white genocide". Is this why the authorities are so adamant that it wasn't a terrorist offence?

Jesse Jackson, Kofi Annan, silent over Arab massacres in Kenya

Mr. Kofi Annan? Rev. Jesse Jackson, the entire (decent) Muslim Community, the Israeli radical left? I can't hear a word about Kenya or about a missile attack on Arkia or about Bet She'an. The world doesn't dare want to hear another peep from you. You are hypocritical, your heart only bleeds for an Arab not a Jew!

I for one am sick and tired of people telling me how "decent" the Muslim world really is! Oh yeah? So where is their voice of condemnation of those barbaric acts? I,for one, would like to believe the Muslim world is decent.. let me hear your voice of sorrow about all the killings and attempted killings that happened in Kenya and in Israel! As for the Israelis who complained when we went into Arafat's headquarters... where are your tears today???? Damn.. you make me so angry!

Agence France-Presse
Saudi Arabia financing terrorism.

WASHINGTON - "We have solid evidence," lawyer Ron Motley told reporters.

Saudi Arabia also openly supports the families of Palestinian suicide bombers who target Israeli civilians, said Motley, who played a pivotal role in lawsuits brought against the tobacco industry.

"They boast of 150 million dollars they paid to so-called 'martyrs' who strap bombs on their bodies, get on buses, enter universities and kill innocent Israeli citizens," said the lawyer, who is overseeing the lawsuit that seeks billions of dollars in damages.

"That kingdom sponsors this terrorism; it sponsors Hamas, it pays the victims, the so-called martyrs, for killing woman and children," he said. "This is an insidious group of people."

Saddam Hussein Public Enemy Number One?

(excerpt) The Saudis, the primary financial backers of Al Qaeda, the Taliban, and likeminded terrorist groups,

And now the Saudis have another protector in the White House, the presidential dauphin, George W. Even though evidence continues to pile up about Saudi funding of madrassas, mosques, charities, and guest houses linked to Al Qaeda through a diffuse network of banks, companies, hawalahs, and front operations, the Bush II administration refuses to support an independent commission to look into the sordid nature of past and current funding of Al Qaeda and its allies.

Let the Saudis tell the Israelis they are innocent of involvement with terrorists. When Israeli troops stormed into the West Bank in Operation Protective Shield they confiscated bank and other records that now fill an entire airplane hangar near Tel Aviv.

These banking records reveal that the Saudis have directly contributed money to groups like Hamas and Islamic Jihad for the purpose of strapping bombs on to young people and have them blow themselves up on busses, restaurants, and marketplaces throughout Israel.

Another group that enjoyed the largesse of the Saudis was an Al Qaeda cell found to be operating in the West Bank. What is more galling is the fact that some of the Saudi checks to the terrorists were routed through the Saudi American Bank and one of its corporate parents, Citigroup. Incidentally, Saudi American Bank is the bank of choice for Bush's Texas ranch guest, Saudi Prince Bandar.

But as with Enron cover up, it is doubtful that the Bush administration will conduct any meaningful investigation of the role of U.S. banks in financing criminal activity. A few weeks ago, a suicide bomber tried to enter a cafe next to the U.S. Embassy in Tel Aviv. What made this personal for me is the fact that I had been sitting in that very cafe a few days before the attempted bombing.

Unless one actually experiences the fear that Saudi Arabia promotes and funds in places like Israel, it is difficult to grasp the nature of Saudi Arabia's duplicity.

And Saudi Arabia continues to show incredible insensitivity. It has just named Prince Turki Al-Faisal bin Abd Al-Aziz Al Saud, the former head of Saudi intelligence and the man who not only helped spawn Al Qaeda and the Taliban but who met with Bin Laden in Afghanistan as late as 1998, as its new ambassador to the Court of St. James.
