IT IS NOT A CRIME TO ACCESS PRIVATE PROPERTY WITHOUT LISENCE IN FINLAND BI-FIN Tampere Police Statement - by Police Constable Happonen - related to letting other person, than the property owner or the one in charge of it, accessing private property, say “is not committing a crime to let other man access your property”. In other words, if some passer by steals your property, access your house or uses your car, then it is not classified as a crime, since you do not need court protection.
