Title: It is not a crime to access private property without license in Finland

Abstract: It is not a crime to use other people’s property as yours in Finland says Tampere Police Report

April 13, 2002

IT IS NOT A CRIME TO ACCESS PRIVATE PROPERTY WITHOUT LISENCE IN FINLAND

BI-FIN Tampere Police Statement - by Police Constable Happonen - related to letting other person, than the property owner or the one in charge of it, accessing private property, say “is not committing a crime to let other man access your property”. In other words, if some passer by steals your property, access your house or uses your car, then it is not classified as a crime, since you do not need court protection. In fact, Tampere Police report wrote “victim is not in a need of a court protection”! Courts do not accept cases without police investigation, so what does a camouflaged communism look like?
On the other hand, the same Constable has protected police in a homicide case by making his investigations without having graduated from the Faculty of medicine; He says it is not a crime to change medication against foreign doctor’s order, and no crime has taken place after doctor having changed the description and the person committed suicide.
Should I just be silent or should to readers “Do You like our judges working at Europe? After all, they even handle their own relative homicide cases to make sure they walk on free” or may just ask “Is it fair, that ex-police prosecutor is working at Human Rights Commission to make sure people do not get any money from Russia Capitalist Province called Finland, which is to Russia a bit like Hong-Kong to United Kingdom”?
