 Arise ye sheep and follow bertie, just like youse followed Haughey, p.j Mara and Burke et al in the past Come on now sheep follow the good Sheppard and not the No Lions. This time ye cannot claim that ye are confused by the ref con giving both sides of the argument anymore. Listen to the expensive propaganda that rte has fed ye and the ‘much improved since Nice 1’ Referendum commission. It took a lot of good money to change the ref con to the mean fighting yes machine that it has become in Nice 2. So Irish sheep ye have no excuse this time, ye have all the state controlled propaganda and Tony O Reilly’s private ‘newspapers’ and tabloids as well, so just do as you are told by your betters in IBEC/ictu, the church, ff,fg, Labour, PD’s, farmers leaders and of course ff’s own appointee David Byrne, Pat CoX and your overlords in the EU commission. If you don’t do what we tell you we will set the dogs on you, or at least threaten your souls, jobs and even your kids (going to hell sermons no longer works as well) So Sheep vote yes or we may not even give ye a referendum the next time, in fact we may not anyway. The Danish Government does not bother with referenda anymore since their serfs became rebellious and fine geal and labour want to do likewise, but luckily for you sheep, bertie is the best democrat money can buy, so the least ye can do is vote yes and give up your kids to the new euro army, after all ‘responsible Redmond’ advised his sheep to do the same in mud of the European trenches in WW1. So don’t be selfish in Nice or the coming oil wars. |

baa baa presents the sad spectacle of a once proud people allowing themselves to be bullied into changing their decision, in a somewhat funny way. Unfortunately it will make the Irish look like morons internationally.
