Best reason not to believe in Russian capitalism is very simple; even Russia would be capitalistic, it still has the same government officials running the State than they had in Soviet Union.

MEMO [ver. 1.02]

"CAPITALIST" MOVEMENT OF RUSSIA AND RUSSIA COURSE TOWARDS CAPITALISM

FINLAND - An article titled "Nearly half of the Russia alcohol production illegal" was on published on last week in the 2nd largest newspaper at Finland [Aamulehti, Fri Dec 28 2001, p. A13]. According to the article about 40% of all produced and sold alcohol is being manufactured illegally in Russia.
Few months ago our national broadcasting company new told about a man, a passage, who had been arrested at the customs check for trying to smuggle abroad empty passports on several nationalities.
Our news told last night -December 29- that Russia have become once again the third largest gun seller. Russian arms have found their way to every corner on earth, and nearly all inflamed points on the map sell Russian arms illegally to everyone having valid purchase power.

Profit made in running illegal alcohol business, arm trade, money and passport forgery trade is being invested further into other business areas. Why? By making further investment You laundry previously made business profit into "clean money" and You invest the illegal profit into something "safer".
Russian "investor" either "invests" (ie. loans) capital to companies, that take part into profit laundry operations or Russian may purchases a share of the company. ROI is usually the profit and shortening payment - and as a deposit functions the trapped entrepreneur’s head. As a result of such co-operation between, in worst case, both the company and the profit are taken over by the illegal alcohol manufacturer or those running illegal forgery business.

Approximately half of the Russia alcohol is manufactured and sold illegally. The same State has been caught for offering a new identity by manufacturing faked passports at State level. When understanding Russia arm trade motive, a doubt rises, if Russia has understood the concept of capitalism incorrectly, and Russia would have taken a course leading to ruin the circulating nations.
Best reason not to believe in Russian capitalism is very simple; even Russia would be capitalistic, it still has the same government officials running the State than they had in Soviet Union.
Second ground not to believe in Russian capitalism is the illegal trade and business - specially the size of the illegal trade being favoured. It seems to be, that the primer is on its place and the gun-power is dry; circumstance can have an adverse effect on both Russia and those trading with Russia, unless we allow Russia to solve out her pangs of remorse. When State officials have healed their hangover, then it is expectable to made the difference between State ruling and practising business as businessmen.

When passport forgeries, illegal alcohol manufacturing and gun trade is combined to making forgeries in general, I would not be surprised even Russia have manufactured enough foreign currency to its people. - Money do not come from emptiness, and You are not like to come a billionaire overnight. By following the same rule, it is impossible to get educated or gain respect by manufacturing illegal boos or selling notes for the government bank at the street corner.

Illegal business transactions at Russia form a threat to every honest entrepreneur. The most secure way getting prepared against such loss is to say "no thanks" until the circumstance has become clear to all of us. For the benefit of Russia we may say them not being the only nation suffering from the told scourge.
Normal every day Russians (ie. citizens of Russia) are better to leave alone, but these people need to told in long term what other kind of State policy, caring and freedom means.

Every nation has obligations which no one else takes care of (i.e. inhabitants, associations and corporations). State must take care of essential issues to function, even it would be communistic or capitalistic - and salary for those working for the issue is determined by those who these people serve.

As a person running investigations on State abuses I am also fully aware of those making illegal arm trade or selling passport forgeries also saving innocent people. Thus I do not wish death to these people, but I do not tolerate the hypocrisy You share.
